Transition Packet

You will be mailed an information packet approximately 55 days prior to the renewal date of your policy. If you have multiple Cotton States policies, you will receive a packet of information for each policy.

The packet will include:

• a letter explaining the changes,
• your new insurance policy including Declarations and policy endorsements,
• a summary of changes to your policy,
• billing information and more.
